Signal Central delivers actionable signals direct to your desktop. React to the markets in real time with fully vetted systems built into a wide range of portfolios. These portfolios range from trading an individual market with various trading styles and time frames up to fully diversified portfolios capable of trading multiple markets across various sectors. Q: Where can I download the latest version of SignalCentral?
A: Use this link for all SignalCentral updates
Note: You will need a User Name and Password to access trade signals.
SignalCentral Login
Q: How do I log into SignalCentral once it’s installed and running?
A: Click on the “Logon” Tab and enter your User Name and Password that you received in an email after subscribing.
Note: If there is an issue with the login, follow these procedures:
- Delete everything in the Username field
- Retype Username in the Username field
- Retype Password in the Password field
- Then click ‘Confirm Settings’ button
- Then click ‘Test Connection’ button
No Trade Signals
Q: I’m not seeing any trades come through?
A: Systematic trading requires patience to wait for the correct conditions to line-up to take trading action. If opportunities are not present, the systems will stay on the sidelines.
However, to troubleshoot the SignalCentral platform, start by checking the “Online” lights. At the bottom right of the SignalCentral Platform, you will see two lights: Server Online and Data Online.
- The Server Online light should be GREEN. This light indicates that you are connected to the SignalCentral server and capable of receiving trade data. If it is RED, there is an issue! Check your internet connection to make sure your computer is connected to the internet.
- The Data Online light should be GREEN during normal trading hours and capable of receiving trades. If it’s RED, this means that the markets are closed after normal trading hours and no new signals will be sent. Red for the Data Online light does NOT suggest an issue.
Note: The systems only generate signals during normal “Pit Session” hours.
Audio Alerts
Q: How do I turn off Audio Alerts?
A: Go to Setting, and click the button for Audio Alerts active.
Email Alerts
Q: How do I get email alerts?
A: Currently the email alerts are deactivated. This feature is coming soon.
Trial Subscription
Q: Do I have to let you know that I want to subscribe after the trial period?
A: No. Your subscription will automatically turn into a monthly subscription when the trial ends. You can end your subscription at any time, just email us at Info(at)SigTG(dot)com
Annual Subscription
Q: Is there a savings if I subscribe to a portfolio for a year?
A: Yes, we discount our pricing when you sign-up fir an annual subscription. If you are interested in taking advantage of this option, email us at Info(at)SigTG(dot)com for more info.
Subscriber Limitations
Q: Will portfolios within SignalCentral have limitation on the number of subscribers?
A: Yes, in order to avoid too many subscribers attempting to trade the same signals, each portfolio will have a set limit of subscribers. The number of subscribers will vary depending upon the trading style of the portfolio and the underlying market(s) that are traded.
Custom Portfolios
Q: Can custom portfolios be developed for subscribers?
A: Yes, we can tailor portfolios that can, in most cases, meet the risk and capital requirements for almost any trader. We do charge to build custom portfolios. Contact us directly to discuss the details. Email us at Info(at)SigTG(dot)com to begin the process.
New Portfolio Notifications
Q: How can I be notified when new trading portfolios become available on SignalCentral?
A: We will be adding new portfolios to SignalCentral to meet the needs of our growing list of subscribers. The best way to be updated of our new portfolios is to subscribe to our email list. Current clients will be notified first of any new portfolios; if subscriber limitations allow, we will then notify prospective clients of our new portfolios.
