Watch List #5: Seasonally Stalled Markets

Watch List #5 monitors markets that have strong seasonal projections but are currently stalled with a neutral Elastic Level overbought or over sold reading.  The trading premise is simple; seasonal charts project market direction … but they will be hard pressed to reach any targets unless they have a strong momentum surge pushing them higher or lower.  Pay close attention to markets highlighted as focus markets, as they offer the best opportunities moving forward.

Watch List #5 is divided into two main sections; Focus and Bias

  • Focus: New markets (long or short) recently added to the Watch List which offer potential near-term trading opportunities.
  • Bias: Existing markets (long or short) that have been on the Watch List for awhile and offer no new call to action.
