Step One:  Click to access our screen sharing platform.

Step Two:  If the room is unlocked you will immediately gain access to the room. If the room is locked you will need to enter your name and then click Join.

Step Three: Once in the room use the speaker icon to select your audio preference;  Computer (listen via speakers) or Phone (listen via call in number).

Once in the screen sharing room you can:

• Chat using the the second icon that looks like a call out bubble.
• Zoom the screen by scrolling on your mouse.
• Hide participant bubbles using the settings option.

You can also access to screen sharing by using the join.me app for convenience on smart phones and tablets.
